Revenue funds the cure.
Every dollar matters.

The Like One Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit funding HIV cure research and AI accessibility.

Because capitalism forgot most people.

38 million people live with HIV worldwide. Antiretroviral therapy keeps them alive, but it's not a cure. The research to find one is underfunded because the market says lifelong medication is more profitable than ending a disease.

Like One LLC builds the products and education. The Like One Foundation, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit, channels a percentage of that revenue directly into HIV cure research and accessibility tools.

Giving isn't a side project. It's baked into the architecture from day one.

The giving model.

Why HIV cure research?

Current antiretroviral therapy is a medical miracle — it turns a death sentence into a managed condition. But "managed" means daily medication for life, ongoing side effects, and a $20,000+ annual cost per patient.

UCSF's HIV Cure Research Fund supports cutting-edge approaches: latency-reversing agents, broadly neutralizing antibodies, gene therapy, and immune-based strategies that could eliminate the virus entirely.

A functional cure would save millions of lives and billions of dollars. We fund the science because someone has to, and the market won't.
