Speed Without Quality Is Just Fast Failure

Three Layers of Automated Review
Layer 1: Technical quality. Grammar, spelling, readability score, sentence length variation, passive voice percentage. These are mechanical checks that AI handles flawlessly.
Layer 2: Brand consistency. Does it match your voice document? Are banned words absent? Are required elements present? Does the tone match the target? This is style guide enforcement.
Layer 3: Strategic alignment. Does this piece serve the right audience segment? Is it mapped to the correct pillar and cluster? Does it move the reader toward a clear next action? This is content strategy enforcement.
Quality Gate Prompt Chain
Gate 1 — Technical:
"Review this draft for: grammar errors, readability (target grade 8), passive voice (flag if over 15%), sentence variety, paragraph length. Return a score 1-10 and specific fixes needed."
Gate 2 — Brand:
"Compare this draft against these voice guidelines: [VOICE DOC]. Flag any sentences that don't match the tone. Check for banned words: [LIST]. Verify required elements: [LIST]. Return pass/fail with specific line-by-line feedback."
Gate 3 — Strategy:
"This content targets [AUDIENCE] at [FUNNEL STAGE]. Does the hook speak to their specific pain point? Is the CTA appropriate for their stage? Does it connect to content pillar [PILLAR]? Return alignment score and recommendations."
