Email & Calendar Magic.PRO
The hands-on lesson where you stop spending 45 minutes on a 3-sentence email. Claude writes it in seconds. You hit send in confidence.
After this lesson you'll be able to
- Draft professional emails in seconds, not minutes
- Handle awkward email situations gracefully (pushback, bad news, negotiations)
- Prep for meetings faster with AI-generated agendas and notes
- Create a copy-paste workflow that saves hours every week
Email drafting that actually sounds like you.
Most people stare at a blank email for 10 minutes, write something mediocre, then rewrite it twice. Claude skips all of that. You describe what you need, Claude writes it, you tweak and send. The key is giving Claude enough context about tone, audience, and goal.
Flip each card to see a real email scenario and what to prompt Claude:
Always specify the tone. "Professional but warm," "direct but not rude," "casual but competent." Claude nails tone when you name it. Without a tone instruction, you get generic corporate speak.
The Reply Chain Technique.
This is the single most useful email trick in this course. Copy an entire email thread, paste it into Claude, and ask it to draft your reply. Claude reads the context, understands the dynamics, and writes a response that fits naturally into the conversation.
Here is an email thread:

I am [your name/role]. Draft my reply.
Goal: [what you want to achieve — e.g., push back
respectfully, agree with conditions, ask for more info]
Tone: [e.g., collaborative but firm, warm, direct]
Keep it under 150 words.
I have a meeting in [X] minutes.
Attendees: [list names and roles]
Topic: [what the meeting is about]
My role: [what you are responsible for]
Give me:
1. Three smart questions to ask
2. Two potential objections to prepare for
3. One thing I should propose
