Framework

The AI delivery framework.

Speed without quality is just fast failure. The AI delivery framework ensures you move fast and deliver work that impresses. It has four phases:

Phase 1: Decompose. Break the project into atomic tasks. A 2,000-word article isn't one task — it's research, outline, intro, body sections, conclusion, editing, and SEO optimization. AI handles some of these beautifully. Others need your brain.

Phase 2: Classify. Label each task: AI-first (AI does the heavy lifting, you review), Human-first (you do the creative work, AI assists), or Human-only (strategy, judgment calls, client-specific decisions).

Phase 3: Execute. Work through AI-first tasks in batches. Then move to human-first tasks with AI assistance. Save human-only tasks for when you're sharpest.

Phase 4: Quality gate. Every deliverable passes through your quality check before the client sees it. No exceptions.

The 80/20 split: For most projects, AI can handle 60-80% of the execution work. Your job is the 20-40% that requires expertise, judgment, and taste.

Batch Processing

Batch like a machine.

Context switching kills productivity. Instead of working on one task at a time across multiple projects, batch similar tasks together.

Research batch: Do all research for all active projects in one block. Feed AI your research questions for multiple projects simultaneously. While one response generates, review another.

Draft batch: Write all first drafts in one session. AI generates draft after draft while you provide prompts and light direction. You can produce 5-10 first drafts in the time it used to take to write one.

Edit batch: Review and refine all drafts together. Your editing brain is in gear — use it across all projects before switching modes.

Delivery batch: Package and send all deliverables in one go. Format, attach files, write delivery messages. Assembly-line style.

Time tracking data: Freelancers who batch-process with AI report completing projects in 30-40% of the time compared to linear task-by-task approaches.
