Your Sovereign AI Life.
Putting it all together. The vision: AI as infrastructure for independence, not dependence on others.
After this lesson you'll know
- How all the systems from this course connect into one infrastructure
- How to maintain your systems with minimal ongoing energy
- How to advocate for AI as assistive technology in legal and institutional settings
- The vision of what full AI-powered independence looks like
Everything you built, connected.
Over 9 lessons, you built individual systems. Now look at how they connect. Together, they form a complete life infrastructure — a system that handles the administrative burden of existing so you can focus your limited energy on the things that actually matter to you.
Keeping your systems running with minimal effort.
A system that requires constant maintenance is a system that will fail during bad periods. Your infrastructure should be low-maintenance by design.
Once a month, on a good day, run through: Are my autopays still active? Is my personal info template current? Are my calendar reminders working? Do I have upcoming appointments that need prep? Any tools that changed or need updating? Set a recurring calendar reminder.
On good days, invest 30 minutes in improving your systems. Update a template. Pre-write crisis communications. Create a new workflow. Batch social media content. These investments pay dividends on bad days. Think of good-day energy as deposits into a system that pays interest during bad periods.
Build an emergency mode checklist: the absolute minimum to keep your life running during a crisis. Meds taken. One meal eaten. Urgent emails answered (using templates). Everything else can wait. This is the low-energy day routine from Lesson 5, but for your entire system.
AI as a reasonable accommodation.
Under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and similar laws worldwide, you have the right to reasonable accommodations in employment, education, and public services. AI tools can be framed as assistive technology — because that is exactly what they are.
